I had truffle fries tonight at Five Crowns in Corona del Mar. Whenever I have truffle oil I think of this truffle tribute shoot.
I shot it in the swamp next to the house I grew up in. It was about 5 years ago and it was the year I discovered these awesome truffle chips at the Hanover Co-Op.
I love that a delicious unique flavor can trigger memories and art.
Life is mysterious and unpredictable…but you always know that if you order anything with truffle oil, you will get delicious truffle oil.
